I travel to your home, office or local parks to work with you, or even video PT sessions. This saves you the time of travelling to a gym.
I provide all the equipment which usually consists of dumbbells, kettle bells, medicine balls, boxing gloves and exercise mats.
I can help you to overcome any barriers to exercising that you may have including many medical conditions and you do not have to have any base level of fitness to start!
